Anne-Marie Barley
 Anne-Marie has extensive experience in corporate administrations in Australia, including voluntary administrations, court liquidations and creditor voluntary liquidations. She has worked on a number of high profile liquidations in Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia and Northern Territory, involving a variety of industries including manufacturing, construction, transport, hospitality, property development and the entertainment industry.
Before settling in Queensland, Anne-Marie spent a number of years working in the Cayman Islands on large high profile liquidations involving companies caught up in the Refco fraud. Whilst in Cayman she gained considerable experience and knowledge having worked on Schemes of Arrangements for both solvent and insolvent companies, and cross border asset recovery matters, primarily involving hedge funds.
Anne-Marie has extensive experience in the print media industry being one of the founding members of well-known print media company which operates throughout Australia. She was also a director of a residential development company established in South Australia, which has given her an appreciation of the construction industry and the difficulties faced by many local builders and developers operating in today’s business climate.
